Paul Williams

Paul Williams serves on the Board of AquaVantage Solutions, Inc., bringing decades of financial leadership, governance expertise, and strategic vision to the company. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bison Equities, Inc. in Dallas.

Previously, Williams served five years on the Board of the Texas Economic Development Council in Austin and was Chairman of the Board of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, where he completed 12 years on the Board of Directors, including eight years on the Executive Committee.

A recognized leader in finance, Williams received the CFO of the Year Award for North Texas from the Dallas Business Journal. His corporate governance experience includes serving on numerous Boards of Directors, including five publicly traded companies.

Williams is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where he earned a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. He also completed the Institute of Organization Management in Washington, D.C., and pursued advanced studies at Southern Methodist University, Texas A&M University, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Delaware.
