After launching her career in aerospace engineering, Chris transitioned to the global technology sector, where she led software organizations through mergers, rapid growth, and restructuring—consistently achieving superior results even during challenging times.

Chris holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Memphis State University, an M.S. in Engineering (Systems Science & Mathematics) from Washington University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is also certified in DISC Behavioral Studies.

A lifelong learner and adventurer, Chris has traveled more than three million air miles, serving on mission trips across Africa and South America. She is the author of Vision to Results and, above all, treasures her roles as wife, mother of two, and proud grandmother of three.
